Ryan serves as the director of five choirs, collaborating with his friend and colleague, the seasoned musical director David Walters, who co-directs two of these ensembles. The choirs under Ryan's direction encompass a diverse range, including the North Prospect Community Choir, Blokes Who Sing, MCA Children's Choir, MCA Earlybirds, and the City of Sons: Youth Male Voice Choir.
